SOUTHERN TIRE SWING, TAR SWANG!
This is a tire swing, the idea probably originated in the southern United States years ago when the people tried to think of something to do with old tires. If you are a small person, you can sit through the middle of the tire, or tar, as we southerners say. But if you're a big ole boy or gal, you'll have to sit on top of the tire to swing.
